20. Members of Board, labour Welfare Commissioner and all other officers and servants of Board to be public servants.
- The members of the Board, the Labour Welfare Commissioner and all other officers and servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act no. 45 of 1860).
