Section 6(4) in The Shri Jagannath Temple Rules, 1960
(4)The second and third categories of articles shall be compared and verified periodically at least once in every six months by the Administrator and such other member of the Committee specially authorised by it in that behalf and the report of the Administrator and such other member shall be placed before the Committee for its consideration which shall forthwith submit its report thereon to the State Government.
