Section 18(4) in The Orissa State Transport Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1993
(4)(a)Certified copies of documents or orders shall be prepared on foolscap paper with one inch margin either side and typed in double space.(b)Certified copies of documents or orders shall be delivered by the Secretary to the party concerned on payment of fee specified in Clause (c) towards the cost of preparing the copies.(c)A fee of rupee one in the shape of Court-fee stamp shall be collected for every page of a certified copy.
