Section 37 in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
37. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances.
