Section 41(1)(a) in Bihar Inland Vessels Rules, 2013

(a)remove the patient, together with his bedding, drinking utensils and food, to a part of the deck at the extreme stern of the Inland Vessel, where he shall be segregated from the rest of the passengers by a purdah. In the case of plague, the clothing, bedding, and if considered necessary the baggage of the patient shall be disinfected immediately;
