Section 26(1) in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013
(1)The Government shall have the power, after considering the advice, if any, tendered by the Board, to issue to the Board such directions as it may consider necessary in regard to all or any of the matters specified in section 24. The Board shall comply with such directions.
