Section 29(2) in The Delhi Land Reforms Rules, 1954
(2)If after hearing the parties and making such further enquiry as he considers necessary the Tehsildar is satisfied that the transfer is not in contravention of the provisions of [Chapter III-D of the Act] [Added by Notification (F) 3) LRO/66, dated 8.7.1966.] he shall pass suitable orders and direct correction of papers accordingly.
