4. Removal of member of the Board.
- No member of the Board shall be removed from the office on the grounds specified in section 11 of the Act without due and proper enquiry by an officer not below the rank of Principal Secretary appointed by the Government for the purpose and without giving a reasonable opportunity to the member of being heard.
