Section 42(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)The qualifying service as on the date of intended retirement of the Commission retiring under Regulation 40 (1) or Regulation 41 or item (iii) of clause (d) of sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 5 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Regulation, 1958 with or without permission shall be increased by the period not exceeding five years, subject to the condition that the total qualifying service rendered by the employees of the Commission does not in any case exceed thirty three years and it does not take him beyond the date of superannuation.
