Section 127(2)(iv) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017

(iv)On issue of direction clause (ii) under sub section section (2), the provisions of Section shall apply as from the date specified in the direction as if the Market Committee stood dissolved on that date.
