State of Maharashtra - Subsection

Section 2(1)(i) in Maharashtra State Reservation (of seats for admission in educational institutions in the State and for appointments in the public services and posts under the State) for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) Act, 2018

(i)"reservation" means the reservation of seats, for admission in educational institutions and of posts for appointments in the public services and posts to the members of Socially and Educationaly Backward Classes of Citizens (SEBC) in the State ;
