Section 10 in Veterinary Council of India (Registration) Regulations, 1992
10. Issue of Duplicate Certificate.
- Any registered practitioner,whose certificate of registration has been lost or destroyed, may on an application made to the Secretary in Form 'G' apply for issuance of duplicate certificate on payment of a fee of Rs. 10 by Crossed Postal Order or Bank Draft in the name of Veterinary Council of India, New Delhi, and the Secretary after satisfying himself may issue a duplicate certificate.
