Section 33(1) in Karnataka Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1956
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the [Karnataka Gazette] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973.], modify the Schedule to this Act by addition thereto or omission therefrom of any industry.
