Section 89 in The Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
89.
An apprentice duly authorised by the licensee may be allowed within the enclosure. Such apprentice shall be not lees than 16 years of age and shall not be permitted to operate the cinematograph except in the presence of the operator incharge.
