Section 12(2) in Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 2003

(2)All the amounts credited to the said fund shall be deposited in a nationalised bank.Explanation. - In this sub-regulation "Nationalised Bank" means a corresponding new bank as defined in the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980.
