Section 10(1) in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad (Election of Representatives of Gaon Sabhas) Rules, 1961
(1)The Returning Officer shall exclude from the place of polling all person except the candidates, their, election agents, the Pradhans of Goan Sabhas within the Block, and such other person as the Returning Officer may from time to time admit for the purpose of assisting him in taking the poll.
