Section 19(1) in The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Act, 1967
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898) any offence punishable under sub-section (1) of section 18 shall be cognizable [and non-bailable] [ Added at the end by Punjab Act 16 of 1973, section 5.].
