Section 9(1) in The Rajasthan Secondary Education Act, 1957
(1)prescribe courses of instructions for secondary education in the State for which candidates as:-(a)have pursued a course of study in an institution for secondary education in Rajasthan, recognised by the Board.(b)are teachers of institutions recognised by the Board in this behalf.(c)have studies privately under conditions laid down in the regulations,and have passed the examinations of the Board under the like conditions:
