1. Both sides fairly agree that in an identical situation the stay petitions filed by M/s J.K. Corporation Ltd. and other applicants have been allowed vide Order No.S-286--289/KOL/2001 dated 22.5.2001. Following the ratio of the above Stay Order we allow the stay petitions and tag the cases along with earlier Appeals Nos. E-604 to 607/2000.
