Section 3 in The Petroleum (Berar Extension) Act, 1937
3. Operation of rules.
Rules made and notifications issued under the Petroleum Act, 1934 (30 of 1934 ), and in force in 2 Part A States and Part C States (excluding Berar)] at the commencement of this Act are hereby extended to and declared to be in force in Berar.
