(j)"earlier scheme" means the Goa Sales Tax Deferment-cum-Net Present Value Compulsory Payment Scheme, 2003;(B)Words and expressions used in this scheme and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them under the Act.
