Section 11(5) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
(5)The Electricity Ombudsman appointed under Regulation (11) shall devote his/her whole time to the affairs of his/her office. He/she not undertake any other part time or honorary work.
