Section 17(2)(i) in The Orissa Goshala Rules, 1985

(i)The Executive Committee shall have and exercise all such powers as may be necessary for the proper management of the Federation for carrying out the objectives for which the Federation is established and for securing and furthering its interests subject to the provisions of the Act, and these rules and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, it shall also have the authority to-
