% 01.09.2023 The present writ petition primarily seeks to establish equivalence between the Bachelor of Education; and the Bachelor of Education (Special Education) degrees, specifically in relation to appointments for teaching positions at KendriyaVidyalayas.
During the hearing held on 07.08.2023, this Court directed the Petitioners to include the Union of India as a respondent. Consequently, the Union of India has been added as Respondent No. 4. An amended This is a digitally signed order.
