1. This is a petition filed under Section29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of time by eight weeks to enable the arbitral tribunal to complete the arbitral proceedings and publish an award.
2. It is submitted that the final arguments in the arbitral proceedings are completed. The petitioner prays that the mandate of the arbitral tribunal be extended by eight weeks.
