35. Cause list for Registrar's Court.
Cases required to be dealt with by the Registrar shall be notified in a separate daily cause list and the cases so notified shall be taken up in the Registrar's Court in the serial order as indicated in the cause list. __________(1) Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
