1. This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail in FIR No. 78/2020 under Sections 22/25/29 of the NDPS Act and Section 62 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act registered at Police Station Special Cell, on the ground that his wife is suffering from spasmodic Pain in lower abdomen and multiple myometrical fibroids in uterus.

2. Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

3. Let status report be filed before the next date of hearing. Nominal roll be also called from the jail authorities.
