Section 1 in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and other Milch Animal Breed (Preservation and Development of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Sector) Act, 2001
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Haryana Murrah Buffalo and other Milch Animal Breed (Preservation and Development of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Sector) Act, 2001(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
