Section 163A(3) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973
(3)One-tenth of the total number of members shall form a quorum for a meeting of a Zilla Sansad:Provided that if no quorum is available for such meeting, the meeting shall be adjourned to be held at the same time and place on the seventh day from the date of such meeting in the manner as may be prescribed.
