Section 8(6) in The Orissa Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2001
(6)The nursery man shall quarantine such trees and shall not use their budwood for further propagation in case there is a danger for spread of the insect, pest and disease to other trees and the nursery plants. The competent authority may pass order for removal of such trees and the nursery man will carry out the orders so passed within a month from the date of issue of such [order] or within such other period less than one month as specified in the said order.
