Section 34(2) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)If at any lime in a meeting there is no quorum, the presiding authority shall adjourn it to such time or dale as he thinks fit and announce the same at once; and the business set down for the meeting shall be brought forward at the subsequent meeting, whether at such meeting there is a quorum or not.
