Section 21(1) in U.P. Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)If a street vendor does not comply with the notice issued to vacate place, after expiry of one month, the municipality may also seize the goods of such street vendor.
