Section 88 in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
88. Receipt of Money.
- The Registrar shall receive all monies payable to the Council. He shall not retain in his hands sum exceeding Rs. 300, the balance being lodged in the Bank to the credit of the Council.
