Section 34(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)If the applicant has duly arranged for the publication of the notice of the application and the time for filing of the objections is over and after the applicant has furnished to the Commission the no objection certificate required from the Central Government, the Commission may proceed with the hearing of the application.
