Section 16(ii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(ii)If the hearing as per clause (i) is not feasible and if the hearing is not over on the day fixed the matter may be adjourned to next day or the arbitrator may fix another day for further progress which shall not be beyond the period of fifteen days after that particular day of hearing.
