Section 30E(2)(i) in The Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963

(i)the common main maternity centre shall maintain the standards prescribed for the aggregate number of workers of all the iron ore mines served by it or the standard maintained by it during the year 1961, whichever is higher;
