Section 25 in Bombay Children (Management of Remand Homes Maintained by District Associations) Rules, 1955
25. Inspection.
- The remand home shall be open to inspection at all time by the officers of the Juvenile Department or by the Education Inspector or by such other officers as may be authorised by Government in this behalf.
