ORAL ORDER
1. Heard Mr. D.A. Sankhesara, learned advocate for the petitioners.
2. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 04.05.2017 passed by the Mamlatdar under section 5 of the Mamlatdars Court Act as well as order in revision passed under section 23 dated 23.10.2017.
3. Considering the findings of fact arrived at, no interference is called for. However, it would be open for the petitioners to take available recourse before the appropriate Civil Court to establish the right and the sane would not prejudice the rights of either parties. The petition is not entertained and stands disposed of accordingly.
