Section 2 in The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Rules, 1968
2. Definitions .-In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a)"the Act" means the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967);(b)"section" means a section of the Act;(c)words and expressions used in these rules but not defined, and defined in the Act, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
