30. Conditions of service of employees.
(1)Every employee of the University shall be appointed under written contract and such contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances.(2)The contract referred to in sub-section (1) shall be lodged with the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.
