Section 3(3) in The Orissa Khandasari and Gur Dealers' Licensing Order, 1963
(3)For the purpose of this clause, any person who stores Khandasari or Gur in any quantity exceeding 50 quintals at any one time shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to store the Khandasari or Gur for the purpose of carrying on the business of purchase or sale or storage for sale of Khandsari and Gur.
