1. learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that pursuant to the order passed on 29.08.2025, recoveries are being made from the officials who have already retired or are on the verge of retirement.
2. It is contended that pay of the Petitioners was fixed by the Respondents and not on misrepresentation of the Petitioners.
3. Issue notice of motion.
4. Learned counsel representing the Respondents accept notice.
5. In the meantime, recovery from the Petitioners shall remain stayed.
6. List on 06.07.2026.
