13. Samples for chemical examination and its cost.
- Samples of materials, bases and wash used in the plant for the manufacture of methyl alcohol and of the alcohol manufactured shall be sent to the Chemical Examiner for examination once in July and again in December of each year and at other times, if requited and the cost of despatch of the samples and also the fee for the examination as may be determined by the Chemical Examiner from time to time shall be paid by the manufacturer.
