69. Returns.
- Every employer of a registered establishment shall send annually a return relating to such establishment in duplicate in Form-XXI to the Registering Officer having jurisdiction so as to reach him not later than the fifteenth February following the end of each calendar year with a copy to the Inspector having jurisdiction.Chapter - IX Facilities for Building Workers
