Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the substitution application, the instant substitution application no. 11 of 2022 is allowed. Let the names of legal heirs of respondent nos. 3 and 8 be substituted accordingly. The word 'deceased' be also mentioned against the name of respondent no. 3 and 8 in the memo of parties.
