(3)Each Faculty shall consist of :(i)the Dean of the faculty;(ii)the Heads of the Departments comprised in the Faculty;(iii)such teacher of subjects assigned to the Faculty as may be appointed to the faculty by the Academic Council;(iv)such teachers of subjects not assigned to the Faculty but having, in the opinion of the Academic Council, an important bearing on those subjects, as may be appointed to the Faculty by the Academic Council:Provided that a teacher so elected shall hold office for a period of two years from the date of his election;(v)such other persons as may be appointed to the Faculty by the Academic Council on account of their possessing expert knowledge in a subject or subjects assigned to the Faculty.
