Section 15(1) in Himachal Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1969
(1)Any person employed in or about an establishment,for a period of fifteen days or more shall receive, for every off day in a week referred to in section 11, wages at the rate not less than the average daily wages earned by him for days on which he worked during the week immediately preceding every such off day.
