Section 33 in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
33. Appointment of sub-committees and delegation of power.
- The Marketing Board may appoint one or more sub-committees consisting of one or more of it's members and may delegate to such sub-committee, such of its powers or duties as it may think fit. The sub-committee so appointed shall function under the superintendence, guidance, direction and control of the Marketing Board.
