Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the cost of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) has been deposited in the Supreme Court Secretarial Staff Welfare Association but the defects have not been removed so far.
Two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to file proof of deposit of costs of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) deposited in the Supreme Court Secretarial Staff Welfare Association. In the meantime, defects be removed as pointed out by the Registry.
