Section 176(3) in The Dedicated Freight Corridor Railway General Rules, 2018
(3)The loco pilot, shall carefully examine the load of any open wagon and over dimensional consignments which may be attached to the train and if any such load has shifted or requires adjustment, he shall have it secured or the wagon detached from the train.
